。this is a special project, making my own monopoly-like game

。some preliminary specs:
- real board game size: custom designed 24"x24" thick cardboard
- different tier pricing for different order quantity, limited run production (pricing will change with the final quantity
- all game cards are printed on card stock, full coloured; CHANCE, COMMUNITY CHEST, Ownership cards, Joker / special cards
。in terms of pricing, I'm making it as close to cost-recovery as possible
- I'm putting in all the design / sourcing / logistics times
- you'll only be paying for the materials costs: game board, game box, game cards / game money printing, game token / houses / hotels that I need to source and buy
- because of different tier pricing for different order quantity, pricing will change with the final order quantity
- the more "game boxes" we order, the lower the unit cost, so let's see how that goes; so far 17 people will buy this, the next tier is 30 when cost will drop again
